I’m Mark Engman, owner of Blue Spruce Solutions, and a long-time Capitol Hill resident. Why Blue Spruce? At my childhood home outside Durango, Colorado, my parents planted several blue spruce trees. Over the decades, they grew into tall and glorious giants! They remind me of the beauty of our natural surroundings, and our responsibility to take care of our world.
